Digital Products

This policy applies to digital products such as e-books, online courses, workout programs, and app subscriptions purchased directly from VitalCents.

  • You are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible, you must not have completed more than 25% of an online course or downloaded more than three e-books or workout plans.
  • Refunds for app subscriptions will be prorated based on the unused portion of the subscription term.

Physical Products

This policy applies to physical products such as fitness equipment, apparel, or supplements sold directly by VitalCents.

  • You are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible, items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and services are not eligible for refunds. These include:

  • One-on-one coaching or personal training sessions that have already been completed.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

Once your request or returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
